For example, I compared cotton, polyester and mixed fabrics for similar clothing items. I think this is one of the few real advantages we have compared to shopping blindly. Good packaging and a small storage bag are also nice touches for accessories.

I do not trust only the star rating, I like to see detailed photos and longer comments. Sometimes a store looks great in ads but the real product is completely different. Smaller shops can be surprisingly friendly if they care about repeat customers. Trendy pieces are fun, but I only buy them when the price is reasonable. Online shopping will always have a bit of risk, but experience makes it easier. Sharing real world usage stories is often more helpful than any advertisement. Now I try to read as many real user reviews as possible before I buy anything. Many people do not mind waiting if they understand what is going on.
